This document — the Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability (hereinafter — the Document) — sets out the terms and limits relating to the scope of liability for use of the “Mind University” platform (accessible at mdu.lt and mind.university, hereinafter — the Platform). The Platform is managed and administered by Multiverse LTD, incorporated in the Republic of the Marshall Islands (Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, MH 96960). Commercial operations are conducted through BIOMIND BY PROFESSIONALS Sp. z o.o., ul. Chmielna 2/31, 00-020 Warsaw, Poland, NIP: PL1182307005, REGON: 541902732, acting as the Merchant of Record.
This Document applies to all persons who visit the Platform, register on it, browse, read, or otherwise use any Platform content, services, courses, webinars, digital products, or community features — regardless of whether they are registered users or guests. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read this Document and agree to all provisions set out herein.
If you do not agree with the terms set out in this Document, please immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after publication of this Document or any amendments constitutes unconditional acceptance of all its provisions. This Document should be read together with the Platform’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Purchase Agreement.
All material published on the Platform — including, without limitation, course videos, written educational materials, podcasts, articles, live webinars, user comments, and administrator-generated content — is intended exclusively for educational and informational purposes. Platform content is not and cannot be considered professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, veterinary, nutritional, or any other licensed professional consultation or recommendation.
No information you find on the Platform replaces a qualified specialist’s individual consultation. The “Mind University” Platform includes educational materials and discussions in areas such as radionics, bioenergetics, homeopathy, alchemy, consciousness studies, quantum biology, energy healing, esoterics, and other alternative disciplines. The Platform expressly informs that these fields lack a universally recognised scientific basis or are the subject of scientific debate, and their effectiveness has not been demonstrated by the standards of modern medicine or natural sciences.
The inclusion of these disciplines on the Platform does not mean that the Platform, its management, or staff endorse, recommend, or guarantee the effectiveness, safety, or suitability of any alternative practices. Content in these areas is presented to provide an opportunity to explore different world traditions and philosophical perspectives and to encourage critical thinking.
By using Platform content relating to alternative disciplines, you acknowledge and agree that all associated risks rest solely with you. No Platform course, webinar, or material can be interpreted as an instruction to abandon conventional medical treatment, medication, or physician consultation. The Platform encourages all users to remain critical and to consult with healthcare professionals.
The Platform is not a medical institution, hospital, clinical organisation, or licensed healthcare service provider. No Platform content — including articles, videos, nutritional recommendations, meditation practices, supplement descriptions, or energy work methodologies — is or can be considered a medical diagnosis, treatment recommendation, prescription, or medical decision.
The Platform strictly prohibits interpreting any information provided on the Platform as grounds to refuse, delay, or replace conventional medical treatment. If you have health issues, experience pain, or have symptoms, seek qualified medical attention immediately. The Platform accepts no liability for any health complications caused by using Platform content in place of medical treatment.
Particular attention is drawn to the fact that information about dietary supplements, herbs, homeopathic preparations, detoxification procedures, or nutritional protocols cannot be applied without an individual physician’s consultation, especially for persons with chronic conditions, those taking medication, or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
The Platform offers courses and programmes covering personal development, entrepreneurship, financial psychology, and life coaching. The Platform does not guarantee and makes no promises regarding income, profit, business results, financial independence, or other material achievements you might attain through use of Platform services.
Any examples of results, success stories, or testimonials presented on the Platform are individual cases and do not guarantee equivalent results for other users. Financial results depend on individual effort, experience, market conditions, geographic location, and many other circumstances that the Platform cannot control.
No course or programme constitutes a guaranteed investment. Responsibility for all financial decisions rests solely with you. The Platform recommends consulting with licensed financial professionals before making significant financial decisions.
The Platform enables users to create, publish, and comment on content — including comments, discussion posts, questions, answers, reviews, and multimedia material (hereinafter — UGC). The Platform is not the publisher of UGC authors’ positions, statements, or opinions and does not endorse them. Each user is individually responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content they create.
The Platform reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to moderate, edit, or remove any UGC that violates the Terms & Conditions, is misleading, harmful, or unlawful. The Platform accepts no liability for any damage suffered from the use of or reliance on UGC.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by the Platform. These links are provided solely for user convenience and do not indicate that the Platform endorses or guarantees the quality or reliability of any third-party content.
The Platform accepts no liability for the content, privacy policies, or any damage suffered from using those third-party websites. Upon visiting third-party websites, you are governed by their rules, not ours.
The Platform strives to ensure stable service provision, but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Technical disruptions, server failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events may disrupt Platform operation at any time.
The Platform accepts no liability for any losses suffered as a result of Platform unavailability, data loss, or any other technical disruption. Users are responsible for backing up their own data. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or modify any service at any time without prior notice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Multiverse LTD, BIOMIND BY PROFESSIONALS Sp. z o.o., Platform employees, directors, partners, instructors, and other persons associated with the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses — including lost profits, data loss, or loss of access — even if the Platform was informed of the possibility of such losses.
The Platform’s total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Platform during the 12 months preceding the filing of the claim. This limitation applies to all types of claims — contractual, tortious, or on any other legal basis.
EU consumers benefit from additional protection under mandatory consumer rights provisions, which this limitation does not override. These limitations do not apply to the extent that they would conflict with mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence.
This Document is governed by the law of the Republic of the Marshall Islands. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be heard in the competent courts of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, unless mandatory rules of another jurisdiction require otherwise.
European Union consumers, including citizens of the Republic of Lithuania, benefit from additional protection under EU consumer rights directives. EU consumers also have the right to use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms through the European Commission platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
All commercial transactions — course purchases, webinar registrations, acquisition of digital products, and subscriptions — are administered by BIOMIND BY PROFESSIONALS Sp. z o.o. (ul. Chmielna 2/31, 00-020 Warsaw, Poland, NIP: PL1182307005) as the Merchant of Record. This company is the official seller and assumes full commercial liability.
All questions regarding invoices, refunds, and payments are resolved with BIOMIND BY PROFESSIONALS Sp. z o.o. under the separate Purchase Agreement and Returns Policy. The Platform accepts no liability for the actions of third-party payment processors or banks.
When filing a claim against the Platform, you bear the full burden of proof: you must demonstrate that losses were suffered, that they arose directly from the Platform’s actions, their precise monetary value, and that you took steps to mitigate the losses. Speculative or hypothetical loss claims are not recognised.
All claims must be filed within 12 months from the time you became aware of the alleged harm — otherwise the right to claim is deemed lost, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Platform reserves the right to amend this Document at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes by email or a Platform notification. The latest version is always available on the Platform website.
