EatLess Biotag is a solution to help overcome food cravings, compulsive eating, and emotional snacking triggered by stress, boredom, or sadness. It works by harmonizing your energy, curbing the urge to “grab a snack,” and strengthening inner control. Designed for those who want to break free from impulsive eating habits, this biotag reduces cravings, maintains emotional stability, and restores a mindful relationship with food.

How to Use EatLess Biotag?
EatLess Biotag is recommended to be placed on LI 4 (Hegu) – an acupuncture point.

Location: Found on the back of the hand, between the thumb and index finger, in the center of the muscle where a slight dip is felt when the thumb is pressed against the finger.

Why It Works: This point, part of the Large Intestine meridian, is ideal for EatLess Biotag’s goals – calming the mind, reducing food cravings, and stabilizing emotions that drive emotional or compulsive eating. LI 4 regulates “Qi” flow, helps control impulsive eating, and reduces stress linked to food cravings, enhancing overall self-control and mindful eating.

Alternative:
ST 36 (Zusanli) – Found on the leg, about four finger widths below the kneecap, beside the shinbone. This Stomach meridian point regulates digestion, reduces stress-induced cravings, and boosts energy, helping resist emotional eating and maintain balanced appetite.

How to Use:

  • Place the biotag on LI 4 (Hegu) or alternatively ST 36 (Zusanli) acupuncture point.
  • Gently press and massage the point while breathing deeply for 1–2 minutes – this activates the point and boosts energy flow, visualizing freedom from food cravings and emotional balance.
  • Keep the biotag on for one week. Then take a one-day break. Use until food cravings disappear.
  • Occasionally press and massage the point lightly to enhance the effect.

How Long Does EatLess Biotag Work Effectively?
The biopatterns programmed in the biotag are effective for 1 year. After this period, the effect weakens due to demagnetization.
