How to use the HoloReset Biotag?
It is recommended to attach the HoloReset Biotag to the HT 7 (Shen Men) acupuncture point.

Location: On the inner surface of the wrist, along the crease line, at the edge of the little finger’s tendon, easily found by feeling a small hollow.

Why it fits: This point, belonging to the Heart Meridian, is regarded in traditional Chinese medicine as a key center for strengthening Shen (spiritual energy). In the TCM system, HT 7 is associated with the regulation of emotions, the clearing of energetic blocks, and strengthening spiritual clarity. How to use:
• Attach the biotag to the HT 7 (Shen Men) acupuncture point.
• Gently press and massage the point while breathing deeply for about 1–2 minutes, focusing on exploring the hologram themes.
• Leave the biotag attached for a month. Then take a week’s break.
• From time to time, lightly press and massage the point to focus on your desired intention.

When is it recommended to replace the HoloReset Biotag?
The manufacturer recommends replacing the biotag one year after you start using it, due to changes in the magnetic carrier’s properties over time. This period is the manufacturer’s recommendation regarding product use, not an indication of medical or therapeutic effectiveness duration. After this period, it is recommended to use a new biotag. You will find the expiry date on the packaging.
