• Step 1: Before use, fully charge the device via the Type-C port. Make sure the battery is fully charged to ensure uninterrupted therapy.
• Step 2: Place the brace on your knee so that the LED lights are positioned directly over the joint. Secure it comfortably using the elastic straps.
• Step 3: Turn on the device and select your preferred red light therapy mode (from 5 available) or the 10 Hz pulsing mode for deeper stimulation.
• Step 4: If desired, activate the vibration function (3 intensity levels) or the heat mode to relax muscles.
• Step 5: Recommended therapy duration – 20–30 minutes. The device will automatically shut off after 30 minutes for safety.
• Step 6: After use, allow the device to cool down and clean the surface with a damp cloth (do not immerse in water).
