Every order is prepared carefully — we verify items, pack them securely, and hand them over to the carrier as quickly as possible. Preparation time depends on when the order is received and current warehouse workload.
We ship physical goods via Lietuvos paštas (Lithuanian Post) and follow their current terms. Lithuanian Post has the widest network in Lithuania, reaching even remote areas, and supports international shipping to many countries worldwide.
Delivery times are estimates only and depend on the carrier’s workload, routes, seasonality, weather conditions, and customs procedures (for international shipments). We do not control the carrier’s internal processes and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date — however, in most cases everything proceeds smoothly and on time.
Indicative delivery timelines from dispatch (non-guaranteed):
Total time from order to receipt in Lithuania is typically ~4–5 business days. During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, the timeline may be longer.
We ship to Lithuania and other destinations covered by Lithuanian Post. Shipping costs are not fixed — they are calculated individually at checkout based on several factors:
You will see the exact shipping cost before confirming your order — no last-minute surprises. If you require registered mail, declared value, or shipping insurance, please contact us before purchase so we can prepare a suitable offer.
We want you to always know where your order is. After dispatch (where applicable based on the chosen delivery type), you will receive a tracking number by email with a link to the Lithuanian Post tracking system.
You can also check your order status directly in your account — log in and view the history and current status of active orders at any time.
Title and risk in physical goods pass to the Buyer upon hand-over to the carrier — from that moment, the Buyer becomes responsible for the goods as their owner. This provision applies unless mandatory law provides otherwise (e.g. consumer protection legislation may provide additional protection).
If you wish to additionally protect your shipment against possible damage or loss — shipping insurance can be added during the order process or by contacting us in advance.
For international deliveries outside the European Union, additional rules apply. The recipient is fully responsible for all duties, import taxes, and local fees set by their country’s customs authority. These amounts are outside our control.
Customs inspections may cause additional delays, the duration of which varies greatly between countries. We recommend checking with your country’s customs authority in advance if you are unsure about the requirements for a specific product category.
An accurate delivery address is one of the most important factors for successful delivery. Please ensure that all details — street, house number, city, postal code, and country — are entered correctly before confirming your order.
Although this happens rarely, we understand that such situations are very unpleasant. Here is how to handle each case:
Digital products — courses, e-books, recordings, or other digital content — are delivered differently from physical goods. No waiting, no postal service.
Memberships provide access to platform content and features for the selected period. Important to know:
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you received something other than what you expected — contact us and we will seek a solution. For detailed return conditions, timeframes, and exceptions, see the Returns & Exchanges page.
Important: before returning any item, please contact us first at [email protected]. Do not send items without prior confirmation — in that case, the return process may be delayed or refused.
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control that could not have been foreseen or avoided. Such circumstances include, without limitation: strikes, acts of war, extreme weather conditions, governmental emergencies, customs disruptions, and systemic carrier issues. In such cases, we will inform buyers about the situation and strive to find the best possible solution.
