Usage Instructions

When is the SleepWell Biotag used?

The SleepWell Biotag is the solution when night becomes a struggle: when it takes too long to fall asleep, when you wake up frequently, and when morning greets you with even deeper exhaustion. This biotag, encoded with subtle biopatterns, works through acupuncture points to harmonize the nervous system, calm the mind, and restore the natural sleep–wake rhythm. It is not a sleeping pill – it is a way to remind the body of its true, innate sleep program.

How to use the SleepWell Biotag?

It is recommended to choose one of three acupuncture points that are easy and comfortable to use before sleep:

1. HT 7 (Shenmen) – “Heart Gate”
Location: On the inner wrist, in the crease closer to the little finger, in a small hollow beside the tendon.
Why it works: Calms anxiety, slows racing thoughts, reduces tension along the heart–mind axis, and helps you fall asleep more easily and sleep more deeply.

2. SP 6 (Sanyinjiao) – “Three Yin Intersection”
Location: On the inner side of the lower leg, four finger-widths above the ankle, along the posterior edge of the shinbone.
Why it works: One of the most universal points for sleep quality – it calms the nervous system, balances hormones, improves circulation, and relaxes the body after a demanding day.

3. Anmian – “Peaceful Sleep Point”
Location: Behind the ear, in a small hollow between the mastoid bone and the occipital ridge.
Why it works: Traditionally used for insomnia. It calms the mind, reduces nighttime anxiety, and promotes deeper, uninterrupted sleep.

How to use:

  • Select one of the three points.
  • Apply the SleepWell biotag 30–60 minutes before bed or right after lying down.
  • Gently press or massage the point for 1–2 minutes while breathing deeply – this activates its effect.
  • Leave the biotag on throughout the night. Use daily for 7 days, then take a 1-day break.

How long does the SleepWell Biotag remain effective?
The biopatterns encoded in the biotag remain active for up to 1 year. After that, the magnetic carrier gradually loses strength and the effect weakens. The information in the chip remains, but it is recommended to replace the biotag with a new one after a year. You will find the expiration date on the package.
