How to use Charisma Biotag?
It is recommended to apply the Charisma Biotag on the LI 4 (Hegu) acupuncture point.

Location: Found on the back of the hand, between the thumb and index finger, at the center of the muscle, where a slight depression is felt when the thumb is pressed against the index finger.

Why this point: This point, belonging to the Large Intestine meridian, is associated in traditional Chinese medicine with calming the mind and regulating the flow of Qi. How to use:

• Apply the biotag to the LI 4 (Hegu) acupuncture point before a public speech, filming, event, or concert.
• Gently press and massage the point while breathing deeply for about 1–2 minutes, focusing on the intention of courage, charisma, and smooth speech.
• Leave the biotag applied until the end of the performance, or for a week if preparing for several events, with a day’s break between cycles.
• Before the performance, gently press the point if you want to additionally focus on your intention and feel confident.

When is it recommended to replace the Charisma Biotag?
The manufacturer recommends replacing the biotag one year after the start of use, due to changes in the properties of the magnetic carrier over time. This period is the manufacturer’s recommendation regarding product use, not an indication of medical or therapeutic effectiveness duration. After the specified period, it is recommended to use a new biotag. The expiration date can be found on the packaging.
