Order preparation
- Standard: 1–3 business days after successful payment.
- Peak/holiday periods: up to 5 business days.
- Pre-orders: ship once the item becomes available (indicative date shown on the product page/checkout).
Carrier and rules
We ship physical goods via Lietuvos paštas (Lithuanian Post) and follow their current terms. Delivery times are estimates only and depend on the carrier’s operations, routes, seasonality, and customs. We do not control the carrier and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Indicative delivery timelines from dispatch (non-guaranteed)
- Lithuania (Lithuanian Post): ~2–5 business days.
- EU countries: ~4–10 business days.
- Non-EU: ~7–21 business days (subject to customs).
Total time from order to receipt in Lithuania is typically ~4–5 business days, but may be longer during peak seasons.
Shipping zones & rates
- Zones: Lithuania and other destinations covered by Lithuanian Post.
- Rates: calculated at checkout based on cart contents, weight, destination, and service level.
- If you require registered mail, declared value, or insurance, please contact us before purchase.
Tracking & notifications
- Where applicable, we will email a tracking number after dispatch.
- You can also check order status in your account or via the tracking link.
Transfer of risk and title
Title and risk in physical goods pass to the Buyer upon hand-over to the carrier (unless mandatory law provides otherwise). Shipping insurance can be added on request.
Customs, duties & import
For international (non-EU) deliveries, the recipient is responsible for duties, import taxes, and local fees. Delays due to customs inspections are outside our control.
Address, non-collection & returns to sender
- Accurate address: The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address. If an incorrect address causes a return, re-shipping costs apply.
- Missed delivery / uncollected parcel: You must collect per carrier instructions. If the parcel returns, the customer covers return and re-shipping costs. Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped.
Damaged, lost, or delayed parcels
- Damage: If your parcel arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours and attach photos (outer packaging, inner packing, item).
- Loss / extended delay: We will open a carrier investigation; resolutions (compensation, reshipment, refund) follow carrier rules and the investigation outcome.
Digital products
- Access/download links are provided immediately after payment (by email and/or in your account).
- Digital products may fall under the right-of-withdrawal exception where you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the 14-day waiver.
Memberships
- Activate immediately upon payment and remain valid until the end of the selected period.
- Cancellations apply to the next billing period and are not retroactive unless stated otherwise.

Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (strikes, acts of war, extreme weather, customs disruptions, systemic carrier issues, etc.).
