BioMind Scalarwave Lite is an experimental radionics instrument belonging to the Mind University laboratory. It is not sold and is not provided automatically upon purchasing VIP membership.
The instrument may be provided for use only in accordance with established procedures and after fulfilling the required preparation conditions, which are designed to ensure safe, meaningful, and non-misleading work with subtle informational fields.
Before the instrument can become available for personal use, it is mandatory to complete the radionics seminar and obtain a confirming certificate. This is a necessary condition to protect the member from incorrect interpretations and to ensure that work with the instrument is conscious and responsible.
Practice shows that even with theoretical knowledge, time is required for its integration; therefore, the instrument is provided only after no less than 6 months of uninterrupted VIP membership.
The instrument is provided for use as part of VIP membership and remains the property of Mind University throughout the entire usage period. If membership is terminated early, the instrument must be returned within the specified timeframe in accordance with separately provided usage conditions.
After maintaining uninterrupted VIP membership for 12 months, and in compliance with all usage and preparation requirements, the instrument may become the member's personal property as a token of gratitude for trust, consistency, and contribution to the shared mission.

Return policy
Consumer (individual purchasing for non-business purposes) has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods (or concluding a service contract) without giving any reason.
Exceptions:
• digital content provided immediately with explicit prior consent that the right of withdrawal is forfeited;
• individually manufactured or clearly personalized goods;
• sealed health/hygiene products if the seal has been removed;
• services fully performed with an explicit request to start performance before the 14-day period;
• perishable goods, etc., as provided by law.
